With a variety of land management, restoration and monitoring works taking place, those with a keen interest in the ecological values of the Wetlands can participate in research and survey work, revegetation and seed collection.

Custodian groups are a great way for community members and groups to get involved in the restoration and interpretation of the site. With a specific focus on clearly defined projects and the delivery of tangible outcomes, these groups also enable us to assist in addressing local employment issues.
